The third meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Immunodeficiency Patients Advocacy Association was held on Monday, 18 November 2019, at 8:00 AM, focusing on the continuation of reviewing the institute’s strategic plan. The following members were present:
- Dr. Mostafa Moein (Chairman of the Board of Trustees)
- Dr. Abdolrahman Rostamian
- Dr. Masoud Moahdi
- Dr. Mohammadreza Fazlollahi
- Dr. Abolfazl Golestani
- Dr. Bahman Shah Mohammadi
- Ms. Fatemeh Barzegar (Head of Zeynab Kobra Foundation)
- Dr. Zahra Pourpak
- Dr. Maryam Nouri Zadeh (Treasurer)
- Marzieh Salak (CEO)
In this meeting, members reviewed and revised the institute’s strategic plan. It was then decided that:
- Assistance would be sought from the Red Crescent Organization to benefit from volunteer forces.
- Correspondence would be made with Ms. Haj Mahmoudi, Deputy of Food and Drug at the Ministry of Health, to ensure coverage of immunodeficiency medications.
- Ms. Barzegar would be contacted to arrange for cash donations to patients with immunodeficiency to be entrusted to the institute, which would then decide on how to allocate the support to patients.
